10.Fish

Along with being rich in protein and other nutrients such as Selenimum and vitamin D, fish contains Omega-3 fatty acids, that have been shown to reduce the risk of developing heart disease and other medical problems. One recent study from the University of Hawaii found that men who ate the most baked or boiled fish reduced their risk of heart-disease related death by 23% compared to those who ate the least.
